2. China Regulation
The laws and regulations related to textile and apparel products in China include Product Quality Law of The People's Republic of China, Law of the PRC on the Protection of the Rights and Interests of Consumers, Law of the People's Republic of China on import and export commodity inspection and It's Implementation Regulations, Standardization Law of the People's Republic of China and It's Implementation Regulations.
Except for mandatory standards, textile products should be in accordance with their stated standard while to enter the China market. According to the "People's Republic of China Standardization Law," China's current standards are divided into mandatory or recommended standards. The recommended standard is mostly technical standard, and the mandatory standard is of regulatory nature.
