Automotive electronic testing

Detail

Back

The most important role of automotive electronics is to improve the safety, comfort, economy and entertainment of the car. According to the impact on vehicle driving performance, automotive electronic products can be classified into two categories

One is the automobile electronic control device. The automobile electronic control device should be used together with the mechanical system on the vehicle, that is, the so-called "mechanical and electrical combination" of automobile electronic devices; they include the electronic control of engine, chassis and body. For example, electronic fuel injection system, brake anti lock control, anti slip control, traction control, electronic suspension, electronic automatic transmission, electronic power steering, etc

The other is the vehicle electronic device, which can be used independently in the automotive environment. It has no direct relationship with the performance of the vehicle itself. They include vehicle information system (trip computer), navigation system, car audio and TV entertainment system, vehicle communication system, Internet equipment, etc.

The test items are as follows:

1. RF conducted immunity test system

2. Transient voltage emission test system

3. Transient conducted immunity test system (conduction and coupling mode)

4. Electrostatic discharge immunity test

5. Magnetic field immunity test system

6. RF immunity test system

7. Radiation disturbance test system

8. Conducted disturbance test

9. Unified EMC test for E-MARK vehicles

10. E-MARK new European automotive EMC directive

11. Harmonized series standards for automotive electronic equipment products
